Personnally, I eat fast foods when there's nothing edible in the fridge or when I just like to change my mother's cooking by something more scrumptious ^^'
I don't have any frequency, it's depends.

I think fast foods should be eaten with moderation, because, if not they can be source of a lot of health's problems!

Camille's first sentence is correct, the verb being "have eaten". "Have ate" is not correct.

I sometimes eat fast food type of food, when I have not much time to eat or when I am out.
